Who Qualifies?
The MDwise Healthy Indiana Buy-In Plan is an individual health insurance plan. It is for people who are eligible for the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) offered by the State of Indiana but are not able to join because the enrollment limit has been reached or there are no more funds.
How do I apply?
You must apply for the Healthy Indiana Plan through the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA)
