Hoosier Healthwise Providers
MDwise revised the Hoosier Healthwise/ HIP Provider Manual to correct an error.
We want to be sure no erroneous versions of the Provider Manual are still available or accessible. The new version is now posted on the MDwise website. The new version is HHW-HIPPO131 (01/12) and the new version number is located on the bottom of page 2 “Table of Contents”.
Please delete or destroy all previous versions of the Provider Manual you may have. Once destroyed, please notify us of the destruction by clicking on this link legal@mdwise.org and sending us your name and NPI. Thank you.

myMDwise Provider Portal
The myMDwise Provider web portal allows providers to securely view member eligibility for the MDwise Healthy Indiana Plan, Hoosier Healthwise, and Care Select. New users can request an account online. Please fill out form completely and allow 1-5 days for account to be activated. Learn more.
