MDwise and Citizens Health Center present "To Your Health," a health fair offering free health screenings and services

WHAT:
Indianapolis residents are invited to attend a free “To Your Health” Screening and Enrollment Day where they will receive health screenings, immunizations and information, as well as an opportunity to enroll in Medicaid health plans.  

 

The “To Your Health” event will provide:

• Immunizations for children up to age 19, as there are new Indiana requirements for children in Pre-kindergarten, Kindergarten and grades 6–12.

• Blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes checks for adults and children.

• Dental services for adults and children.

• Enrollment in the Hoosier Healthwise and Healthy Indiana Plan, offered by Covering Kids and Families in Central Indiana.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to receive information and resources on a variety of health-related topics from MDwise and the Citizens Health Center. Free refreshments will also be offered.
