You can also log onto the myMDwise Member Portal and check your points as often as you like.

You can earn points by completing activities related to wellness.

 

Many of these points will reward you and your family’s healthy habits, while others will help us to communicate with you better!

 

You can save up your points to get a big reward or you can get smaller rewards as you earn points.

All members have a chance to earn points and then shop for a reward once the activity is completed.

You can log onto the myMDwise Member Portal to redeem your points and order your gift.  If you do not have a computer or need help, call MDwise Customer Service at 1.800.356.1204 (toll free) or 630.2831 if you are in the Indianapolis area, and they can help you submit your order.
